How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our shirts are custom printed upon receipt of your order. This process can take from 2-7 business days, with the average being 3-4 days.
In-stock jewelry is shipped within 1-2 days via USPS.
After that, shipping is an additional 3-5 business days in the US. Orders going outside the US will have longer shipping times depending on the country.
How much is shipping?
We only ship to US and Canada. Shipping within the US is always free! No minimum order is required.
Shipping costs outside of the US are flat rate and depend on the number of items. Our shirts are printed on demand per order and shipped directly from our printer. Our enamel pins and necklaces are shipped from our in-house stock via USPS. For this reason, shipping costs can’t be combined for orders containing both types of products.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process is powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, motivanimals has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as other leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly either by replying to your order email or at our contact page.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
We hope that you will love your purchase, but if you need to return an item please contact us within 14 days. If an item you received was damaged or incorrect, please attach a photo with your email and we will work on getting you a replacement as soon as possible. You must mail back your return within 30 days; after that we will not be able to issue refunds.
You may cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours. After that time your order may already be on its way to you.
